Privacy Policy Any details kept on file are for our own use in order that we can process orders or contact you as necessary. We may use them to contact you with relevant information such as new pieces in which you may be interested. The information kept consists of name, address, telephone number, email address (where applicable), scale collected and sales record. No other information such as bank details are kept and no “sensitive personal details” are ever recorded. Whilst we are exempt from registering under the Data Protection Act 1998 (UK legislation), our records are kept in accordance with that act. We aim to keep accurate and up to date records which can be checked by contacting us. Copy details will then be posted to the current address we have on record, they will not be e-mailed. Other than e-mail addresses, no records are stored on a computer. The e-mail addresses that are stored on computer are protected by our own firewall system that is constantly updated. We do not keep IP address’s when you have visited our site. No records are divulged, sold or passed on to to any third party, nor transferred in any way. They are for our own use only. If you wish to revise or update information, or you do not / no longer wish us to keep your details in any form, please advise us in writing.
