Shipping Costs

Due to the high annual increases in postage rates implemented by Royal Mail, we have had to increase our shipping charges. In order to insure and track orders within the UK, they are sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery depending upon their value.

The rates shown below are valid until 31st march 2012 after which date the new Royal mail charges will apply.

Payment

Orders can be placed by post telephone or email. We can accept payment by cheque (our preferred UK payment method) and PayPal. Please check for availability of items before making payment. Due to high bank charges, cheques in currencies other than UK Sterling are subject to a surcharge. We currently do not accept credit cards.

Please remember to include your name, address and if possible a contact telephone number or email address in case of queries.

Delivery and Availability

Due to the large range we now produce and the demand for our work, it is not possible to keep all items shown on the web site in stock.

Special Items

When making a commissioned piece or special order, it has been found necessary to ask for a non-returnable deposit when starting the work. This is usually about 50% of the total order value. We can undertake research for items on your behalf but unfortunately now have to charge for this service.
